**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate production processes with training from the production leader, supervisor, or designee.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Report any issues related to quality, efficiency, instructions, environment, safety, or tools to the supervisor or line leader.
- Produce according to established production standards.
- Assist line leaders and supervisors during ISO 9000, ISO 13485, and CFR audits as required.
- Adapt to additional duties as needed by the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Dedication to upholding safety and quality standards.
