**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate production processes, ensuring they are completed flawlessly and according to training provided by the production leader, supervisor, or designated personnel.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area to uphold our high standards of safety and efficiency.
- Use suitable clothing and safety gear consistently and accurately during all processes.
- Report any issues related to quality, efficiency, work instructions, work environment, safety, and tools to the supervisor or line leader promptly.
- Adhere to production standards and assist line leaders and supervisors in addressing observations or participating in ISO 9000, , and CFR audits as required.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to meet the ambitious goals of the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team to determine and successfully implement production solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively report and address any work-related issues.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to strictly adhere to them.
