- Take accountability for sales forecast results.
- Achieve performance and cost targets.
- Conduct performance reviews, develop team plans, and manage compensation and incentives.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Experience in supervision and people management.
- Proficient in oral and written communication in English.
- Strong interpersonal / leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize and maintain a sense of urgency.
- Focus on achieving business results.
- Previous experience in a Customer Experience Team.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Portuguese is a plus
