1. Implement order operations for Chinese customers, convey customer requirements to various departments in Mexico, and provide timely feedback on the results to customers.
2. Maintain communication with Chinese customers, establish trust relationships, and ensure long-term stable operation of orders.
3. Assist Chinese clients in local reception work in Mexico.
4. Prepare project progress data and reports, promptly hold meetings with clients and report progress.
5. Assist Chinese customers in Mexico with business quotations, relationship maintenance, and order fulfillment.
6. Handle complaints from Chinese customers and improve satisfaction.
7. Follow up on the on-site introduction of new projects for Chinese clients, and promptly coordinate and handle any exceptions to ensure project implementation.
8. Other tasks assigned by superiors
