- Deliver impact and results by defining success metrics, analyzing data for insights, prioritizing what to build, and coordinating with partner teams to align efforts to business strategies
- Communicate and collaborate by articulating the “why” and "what" customer problem to solve, working with others, and balancing their point of view with solicited input of others
- Inform strategy by monitoring competitors, understanding customer needs and technical designs of products to serve them
- Actively participate in engineering discussions with Software Development Engineers,



Designers and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.

**Who you are**:
- 5+ years of end-to-end product management experience, with a focus on building technology products
- Experience developing a vision, product strategy and roadmap for SAAS or internal tooling software
- Collaborates cross-functionally across multiple teams (Engineering, UX/Design, Analytics etc.),



estimating level of effort, identifying dependencies, and resource needs
- Balances strategic priorities, business goals, user needs, technical feasibility, and time to market to define impactful product solutions
- Strong written and oral communication and team management skills, the ability to simplify complex topics, and comfort presenting at all levels of the organization
- Programming experience in Javascript or Python
- Leverages expertise and shares best practices to grow and develop PMs within their team
