Mid-Senior React Native Developer (Mobile)

Location: Mexico (100% Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Timezone: CST / EST overlap required

Language: Advanced English (B2/C1) + Spanish

About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Senior React Native Developer to own and scale the feature development of our cross-platform mobile application. In this role, you will collaborate directly with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to build responsive, high-performance iOS and Android experiences.

What You’ll Do

- Feature Development: Build, test, and deploy clean, reusable React Native code for both iOS and Android platforms.
- State & Performance Management: Optimize application performance, reduce render times, and manage integral application state (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query).
- Native Integration: Bridge third-party SDKs and native modules (Swift/Kotlin/Objective-C/Java) when needed.
- API Integration: Connect mobile frontends with RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints.
- App Store Publishing:



Assist with build pipelines, CI/CD, and submitting updates to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 3–6 years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years dedicated to React Native .
- Core Tech Stack: TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+), React Native, State Management libraries.
- Mobile Ecosystem: Solid understanding of mobile lifecycle, offline storage, push notifications, and device permissions.
- Tooling: Experience with Expo or React Native CLI, Git, and automated testing tools (Jest, React Native Testing Library).
- Communication: Business-fluent English to collaborate in cross-border, nearshore team settings.

Nice-to-Haves

- Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development experience.
- Familiarity with Mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions).
- Experience in Fintech, E-commerce, or SaaS environments.
