- Source new carriers to support growing transportation needs.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and service levels with domestic and international carriers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners.
- Ensure carrier compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the dispatch and operations teams to align carrier capacity with freight demand.
- Monitor carrier performance and address service issues as needed.
- Utilize TMS (Transportation Management System) tools to track loads and optimize routes.
- Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking carriers and stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- **Bilingual in English and Spanish** (written and spoken) required.




- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
