The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff. This position ensures the right profile when hiring and assigning staff to fulfill the service provided to our clients.
**JOB**_DESCRIPTION_**:
- Coordinate human resources activities, ensuring that each area's workforce is fully staffed.
- Monitor recruiters' compliance (6) to reach the established hiring goal.
- Supervise the recruitment, selection, induction and training processes of staff.
- Verify that personnel files are complete and up-to-date.
- Ensure that all personnel hired are registered in the system with their complete file.
- Implement strategies to improve the recruitment process.
- Supervise and ensure the good performance of analysts (4) from each area.
- Establish performance metrics and hiring, hiring, and termination during the month to measure the HR department
- Use advanced Excel tools for generating reports, analyzing data, and controlling HR information.




- Support the automation and digitalization of key processes to improve operational efficiency.
**THE**_PROFILE_** WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
Education: Unfinished degree or related degree.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position.
- Experience in personnel management.
Technical Knowledge:
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, charts, and data analysis).
- Management of administrative, financial and operational processes.
- Knowledge of process certification (ISO or similar, desirable).
**Skills**:
- Leadership and teamwork.

- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
Working Conditions:
- Schedule: Full-time with availability to handle urgent situations.
