We are seeking a detail-oriented person to lead the QC department to oversee quality control processes in our manufacturing facility in Mexico. The QC Lead will ensure that all parts meet USA quality standards as laid down by the company, while driving continuous improvement in production quality and efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in quality control within a Millwork or Cabinet Industry manufacturing environment
- Experience working with U.S. customers and meeting U.S. quality standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proficient in quality control tools would be an added advantage
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) fluency
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily quality control of parts produced, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards




- Develop and implement QC processes and inspection checklists to maintain product quality
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality issues
- Train and mentor shop crew on quality standards and inspection criteria
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Monitor and analyse production data to identify trends and improve processes
- Ensure daily documentation of inspections, defects, and corrective actions
- Communicate quality performance and issues to management and stakeholders.
