DESCRIPTION
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Data Center Technician to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team.
Key job responsibilities
- Strong experience working in a Data Center environment
- Understanding of network design, protocols management and troubleshooting.
- Administration of storage devices.
- Experience in Hardware diagnostics and repair. Software installation and configuration.
- Solid management of priorities and escalations thru a ticketing system.
- Experience in managing technology projects, remove roadblocks and manage ambiguity lead to a successfully results.
- Continuous improvement and lean methodology knowledge is a plus.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Computers systems, System Engineering or similar
- Solid experience working in Data Centers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Project Management Skills
- Continuous Improvement and Lean management knowledge is a plus
