What You’ll Do:
- Full cycle recruitment for a broad range of team disciplines for BIC in multiple locations (Mexico, USA );
- Brings new and innovating sourcing pipelines;
- Monitors and reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
Projects You’ll Work On:
- Full-cycle recruitment across Mexico, Ecuador, and Guatemala, tailored to each market.
- Talent pipeline building for key roles to reduce time-to-fill.
- Collaboration with North America on regional hiring needs and projects.




- Localized employer branding aligned with general EVP.
What We’re Looking For In You:
- 5+ years' recruiting experience including experience in a corporate recruiting role and/or in an agency/search firm role;
- Fluency in Spanish & English
- Experience with tools and technology such as Success Factors, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar functionality is required;
- International recruitment experience,
- Past experience in the FMCG sector is a plus;
- Excellent written & verbal communication, relationship building, multi-tasking, organizational, presentation, collaboration, follow-up, and negotiating skills;
