**Job Summary**
As a Senior Software Engineer B3 you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will leverage your expertise in GitHub Copilot Azure DevOps Gitlab and Azure to enhance product development and management. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and prototyping ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and development of software solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
- Oversee the implementation of GitHub Copilot Azure DevOps Gitlab and Azure to streamline development processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with product management teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Ensure that software solutions are scalable reliable and maintainable adhering to industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Work closely with UX designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces and prototypes.




- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and DevOps practices to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
