**Position**: Remote After-Hours Customer Support Representative for California-Based Law Firm
**Location**: Remote from Mexico
**Work Schedule & Compensation**
**Monday-Friday**
- 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (California time)
- **$7-$8 USD/hour** (based on experience and English proficiency)
**Saturday & Sunday (On-Call)**
- 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (California time)
- Only required to answer incoming calls, take messages, and relay messages — no need to remain in front of a computer
- Weekend call volume is very low, making this a mínimal-demand responsibility
- **$2 USD/hour**
**Wages are paid monthly via wire transfer from the U.S. There will be year-end bonus based on performance.**

We are currently seeking a **bilingual Spanish-English Customer Support Representative** based in **Mexico** to join our team remotely. In this role, you will support potential and existing clients by answering calls, conducting client intakes, relaying messages to and from attorneys, and assisting with document handling and data entry.

**Responsibilities**
**Monday-Friday (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM California Time)**
- Conduct client intake and accurately gather essential case information
- Clearly and professionally explain the firm’s services and procedures




- Communicate with existing clients to collect updates and relay messages to attorneys
- Perform Spanish-English interpretation and basic written translation tasks
- Assist attorneys with translating, organizing, and labeling documents written in Spanish
- Escalate urgent matters to the appropriate team member
- Maintain accurate records of calls and documents
**Saturday & Sunday (On-Call, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM California Time)**
- Be available to answer incoming calls as needed
- Take messages and collect key information from callers
- Relay messages and critical information to on-call managers
- No need to remain at your computer — you may go about your day while staying reachable

**Requirements**:
- Must reside in Mexico and be able to work remotely
- Fluent in **Spanish and English**, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
- Must have access to a **smartphone and a laptop** to complete tasks
- Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
- Prior experience in customer service or legal support is a plus, but not required
