**POSITION OBJECTIVE**:
Execute the development, scaling-up, and implementation of products and processes on production lines, from the project definition phase (brief) to production line start-up and product performance in the market. Develop new product projects that are competitive in terms of quality, functionality, and cost, both for in-house manufacturing and co-manufacturing.
**SKILLS / EXPERIENCE**:
- B.Sc. in Food Chemistry, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Biochemical Engineering.
- Over 5 years of experience in Research and Development of dairy products, vegetable emulsions, and UHT.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations on safety, hygiene, health, food safety, safety, ergonomics, etc. standards (GMPs, HACCP and SQF)



in the food and/or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in developing new products from project definition to prototype creation, process design for scaling up, production line testing, and product start-up. Includes shelf-life evaluation with QA, documenting experiments in electronic notebooks, managing intellectual property, and conducting performance studies against competitors to identify competitive advantages.
- Advanced level English.
- Availability to travel as required.
- Easy access to the work center located in Cuajimalpa, CDMX.
- Availability of schedule.
