We are searching for the best talent for Product Manager Bispecifics to be in Ciudad de México.
Purpose:
You will be responsible for:
- Assists with the management of daily Product Management operations under limited supervision.
- Conducts complex analyses on consumer behavior, product performance, and market trends to improve the product strategy.
- Researches and evaluates new Product Management techniques and implements enhancements to existing processes and protocol.
- Delivers presentations to illustrate progress on product developments, launches, and roadmaps.
- Supports the execution of tactical plans in collaboration with the entire multidisciplinary team,



and in continuous communication with private market and government sales managers.
- Utilizes predictive analytical tools to forecast product performance in the market.
- Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Administration or Business.
- Experience of 1 to 3 years as a Product Manager
- Experience in High Specialty (desirable)
- Ability to lead conversations with internal and external stakeholders, project monitoring.
- Storytelling
- Numerical analysis of the market to generate strategies.
- Advanced English.
- Travel availability: 20%
- Have a valid driving license.
- Based in México City, México
Safe Fleet Requirements:
Since this position is eligible for Company Car as a working tool, it is also required:
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.
