**Consumer Marketing Analyst**
The **Consumer Marketing Analyst**is responsible for preparing new product introduction, driving marketing communication and ensuring business performance in Mexico and North Latam's sales ambition to grow.
**Your role**:
- Support the marketing strategy, deploying activities, and guaranteeing growth business results within Marketplaces and key clients in Mexico and North LATAM Countries.
- You will partner with Marketing, Media, and Commercial teams, in order to drive business growth via activities and campaigns, based on general roadmap and local market requirements.
- Analyzes the consumer experience journey across categories to identify key triggers and barriers, helping to inform the marketing objectives and required behavior shifts to meet business goals.
- Participates in the development of shopper marketing plans with relevant teams, ensuring the successful launch of new propositions that are in line with consumer expectations and market conditions.

- You’ve acquired +4 years of experience in marketing in B2C Companies.
- Your skills include market intelligence,



product portfolio and marketing content creation.
- You have a degree in marketing, communications, or business.
- You’re a resourceful person, eager to find alternatives in a innovative way.
- You have agility to execute in a fast-paced environment
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office role in our office in Huixquilucan (Interlomas).
