Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for early learning? We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Level 3 TA to join a welcoming primary school in Handsworth this September, supporting pupils across Key Stage 1.
This full-time role is idóneo for a proactive and nurturing TA who thrives in a busy classroom environment. The school is proud of its inclusive ethos and is seeking someone who can deliver small group interventions and provide consistent support to help raise attainment.
**Your Role Will Include**:
- Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Leading phonics and literacy/numeracy intervention groups.
- Providing targeted 1:1 and group support to pupils needing additional help.
- Monitoring progress and contribute to planning discussions.




**What We're Looking For**:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a primary school setting, ideally in KS1.
- Strong understanding of phonics and early years curriculum.
- Proven ability to deliver academic interventions.
- Confident, reliable, and a strong communicator.
