**Rquirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Plastics) or related field.
- 10 to 15 years of manufacturing experience including supervisory responsibility in medical and automotive devices industries in a plastic injection molding environment.
- At least 10 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding machines (e.g., ENGEL, Haitian, Arburg).
- Familiar with mold setup, troubleshooting, and processing optimization.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949.
- Experience on Quality System (FDA-CFR), GMP’s
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, motivational skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- High reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
- Experience on plant operations and community relations; significant manufacturing knowledge as well as advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills.
- Analytical and solve problems skills.

- Participate with Administration /HR on the formulation and management of the company policies and procedures.
- Participate on the strategic plan development for the compliance of the objectives and promote the organization long term growth.
- Plan, develop and implement strategies to generate profit to the company.
- Coordinate the functions within the departments, establishing responsibilities to reach objectives and goals.




- Participate on the formulation and implementation of financial programs and objectives.
- Asses the personnel performance on the compliance of the established company policies and objectives.
- Responsible of the manufacturing, operations performance and maintenance which ensure the most effective return of assets.
- Ensures the manufacturing products or goods are produced efficiently, safely, and meet the organization’s quality systems and in compliance with customer satisfaction.
- Analyze the profitability on business opportunities.
- Lead design groups to evaluate the feasibility, manufacturability, and profitability of the proposed designs for new projects or products.
- Operations standardization.
- Represent with executive responsibility, authority to establish or effect changes on the quality system and policies.
- Foster a well-trained and motivated supervisory and administrative staff promoting a positive community relationship.
- Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping.
- Conduct employee performance reviews.
- Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes.
- Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and production management concepts.
