***About the Role**:
Viking Cruises is looking for experienced **Housekeeping professionals** to join our onboard team.
If you’ve worked in hotel housekeeping, cleaning services, or hospitality maintenance — and you're ready to take your skills around the world — this opportunity is for you.
You’ll be responsible for keeping guest rooms, corridors, and public areas spotless, welcoming, and in top condition — all while following the high standards Viking is known for.
***Positions Available**:
- ** Stateroom Attendant / Cabin Steward** - Cleans guest cabins daily, ensures comfort
- ** Public Area Cleaner** - Maintains common areas, crew spaces, and pool zones
- ** Housekeeping Utility / Support** - Assists with laundry, supply rooms, and deep cleaning
***Main Responsibilities**:
- Clean and prepare guest cabins according to daily checklists
- Maintain hallways, public areas, crew zones, and restrooms
- Use appropriate cleaning products and follow hygiene protocols
- Report maintenance issues or damage to supervisors
- Follow all safety, health, and public sanitation procedures




- Assist with luggage handling on embarkation/disembarkation days
- Join daily housekeeping team briefings ("Daily Reunion")
- Keep cleaning carts, closets, and tools tidy and well-stocked
- Respect Viking’s image, grooming, and STAR service standards
***Important Notes**:
- ** Visible tattoos are not allowed** (even if covered)
- Must pass a **mandatory medical exam** before joining the ship
- You may be invited to send a short intro video (optional but encouraged)
- Work schedule**:11 hours per day, 7 days a week** while onboard

**REQUIREMENTS**:
***Requirements**:
- ** Minimum 6-12 months experience** in professional cleaning or housekeeping
- Experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality is highly preferred
- Basic English communication skills
- Strong physical condition - this is a physically active role
- Attention to detail, cleanliness, and service-oriented mindset
- Minimum age**:21 years old**:
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a positive can-do” attitude
