**About the Role**
We are looking for a passionate and proactive **Operations Trainer** to join our team in Tijuana!
This role will support new and current team members who serve as **Direct Bankers**, ensuring they are fully equipped to deliver an exceptional banking experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate training programs for new hires, focusing on technical knowledge, communication, and customer service excellence.
- Identify learning needs and develop tailored learning plans for new and existing team members.
- Deliver coaching and feedback to ambassadors and team members, aligned with the company’s methodology and values.




- Monitor trainee performance and provide improvement strategies in coordination with leadership.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, fostering Axos values and promoting a high-performance learning environment.
**Requirements**:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in training, facilitation, or education-related roles.
- Experience in **retail banking** or **technical support campaigns** (_desirable_).
- Fully bilingual**:English & Spanish** (spoken and written).
- Advanced proficiency with **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in **Tijuana**.
- Schedule availability**:Monday to Friday**.
