**About the role**
The Internal Communication and Engagement Manager is responsible for developing integrated communication strategies, crafting compelling content, and supporting change management initiatives to boost employee engagement and positively impact organizational outcomes.
**How you will contribute**:
- Collaborate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to align communication plans during change initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to craft messages enhancing awareness and alignment to Takeda priorities.
- Strengthen employee engagement and trust through tailored communication efforts during transformations.
- Design and deliver integrated campaigns that enhance employee understanding of organizational goals.
- Transform ideas into creative materials in collaboration with design teams.
- Monitor and measure communication effectiveness, ensuring iterative improvements.
- Collaboratively develop actionable change and communication strategies, offering support during transitions.
- Foster relationships across teams to ensure cohesive stakeholder experiences.




- Lead crisis communication efforts when organizational challenges arise.
**Skills and qualifications**:
- Proven experience in internal communications, culture-building, and change management (5-7 years) in a integral setting, preferably in an IT function.
- Knowledge of end-to-end change implementation techniques, such as Communications Planning.
- Degree in Communications or Related.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Experience collaborating in multi-functional and multi-cultural settings.
- Exceptional storytelling skills - adept at turning complex narratives into compelling ones.
- Strong ability to adapt to complex and ambiguous situations organizationally.
- Creative strategist skilled at combining innovation with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and quick learning of new tools.
