**Job Summary**:
At **G-Integral**, we are looking for a results-driven **Senior Operations Engineer** to lead strategic engineering initiatives aimed at operational cost savings, innovation, and continuous improvement within our **fulfillment and 3PL** operations. This role plays a key part in designing scalable logistics solutions and supporting the growth of our client base.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement savings plans through process improvement, engineering innovation, and resource optimization.
- Develop and execute layout and capacity design projects for fulfillment centers and 3PL environments.
- Lead engineering implementations, ensuring timelines and goals are met according to project plans.
- Build pricing models based on productivity analysis and financial viability.
- Standardize engineering tools, methodologies, and SOPs across the department.
- Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to present technical solutions to clients.
**Requirements**:




- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related field.
- **Experience**: 4+ years in logistics engineering roles within fulfillment, 3PL, or warehousing environments.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Warehouse and process design
- Lean/process improvement and reengineering
- Data analysis and productivity modeling
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas), AutoCAD, intermediate WMS knowledge
- **Languages**: Advanced conversational English
- **Availability**: Local travel between facilities as needed
