**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of system integration and validation strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of test engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
- Review and analyze product requirements to identify integration and validation needs.
- Define and maintain system integration specifications and test plans.
- Oversee the development and deployment of automated test systems and frameworks.
- Ensure timely execution of test activities and delivery of detailed validation reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
- Drive continuous improvement in test processes, tools, and methodologies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering,



Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in system testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of electronics principles, devices, circuits, and power electronics.
- Experience with server/data center power systems and communication protocols is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex technical projects.
