At TUM (Transportistas Unidos Mexicanos), a well-established transportation and logistics company, we are looking for a Commercial Manager to lead our commercial strategy and drive business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the company’s commercial strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
- Lead and motivate the commercial team to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Oversee proposals, bids, and contract negotiations.
- Analyze market trends and monitor competitors' activity.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or related fields.




- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading commercial teams, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage key accounts.
- Results-oriented, with strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
