This Position reports to:
Product Engineering Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: on site
This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in México.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Initial primary responsibilities include process improvements and/or troubleshooting of existing and legacy products.
- Assist on SAP database creation and maintenance
- Software/hardware deployment and validation
- Assist on Definition and control for production processes including tooling and equipment.
- Support technical knowledge in new product introduction.
**Qualifications for the role**
- Students from careers like industrial, electrical, mechanical engineering or related who will graduate on Aug 2026 or Dec 2026.
- English Advanced.
- Proactive & Communication Skills
- Desirable: Knowledge SAP, NPI, Lean Manufacturing
