Viking Cruises is hiring **Waiters, Assistant Waiters, and Café Attendants** to join its world-class hospitality team onboard.

***We're hiring for roles such as**:
- ** Waiter** - Full-service restaurant staff delivering top-tier guest experience
- ** Assistant Waiter** - Supports main waiters, clears tables, resets stations
- ** Café Attendant** - Oversees buffet areas, self-service counters, and beverage stations
***Key Responsibilities (varies by role)**:
- Welcome and serve guests with professionalism and warmth
- Serve food and beverages following proper service sequences
- Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with events like cocktail hours and afternoon tea
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and public health standards
- Attend daily team meetings (Daily Reunion”)

- Uphold grooming and uniform standards
- Rotate across service outlets (buffet, restaurant, terrace, etc.) as required
***Important Notes**:
- ** No visible tattoos allowed** (even if covered with makeup or sleeves)
- Must pass a **medical examination** before joining the ship
- You may be asked to submit a short video introduction (optional but encouraged)
- Work hours are intense**:11 hours/day, 7 days/week** onboard

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- ** Minimum 1 year experience** in restaurants, cafés, or hotels
- Conversational **English required** (you’ll interact with international guests)
- Strong service mindset, professional appearance, and teamwork skills
- Physically fit - able to carry trays and stand for long periods
- Minimum age**:21 years**:
- Wine, cocktail, or high-end service knowledge is a plus (not mandatory)
