**About the role**
Supervises team of project engineers or supervisors of project technical employees, setting day-to-day goals and objectives. Responsible for modifying project plans and schedules as needed to meet targets and milestones.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Project Management_
- Define project scope, objectives, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and track schedules (Gantt charts, milestones).
- Manage project budgets (CAPEX / OPEX).
- Cross-Functional Coordination_
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, procurement, logistics, and HR to align resources and priorities.
- Facilitate regular progress meetings and issue resolution.
- New Product Introduction (NPI/NPD)_
- Coordinate process validation runs (PPAP, run-at-rate, FAI).
- Ensure design for manufacturability and tool availability.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry or a similar field.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and advanced Excel.
- Advanced conversational English.

- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
