**Job Title: Customer Service & Retention Specialist (Remote Option Available)**
**Location**: Hermosillo, Sonora (Remote after 3 months based on performance)
**Salary**:
- **Base Salary**: $2,496 per week
- **Performance Bonuses & Commission**:
- **Average Weekly Earnings**: $4,500
- **Top Performers Earn**: $7,500 per week

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers to retain them and promote our range of natural supplements
- Handle high-stakes calls, focusing on customer retention
- Achieve performance targets for commissions and bonuses




- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships
- Work from home after 3 months, based on performance
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Sundays OFF
**Requirements**:
- Sales experience is a MUST
- High energy, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset
- Available for full-time work
