Release Train Engineer – Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients.

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.

We’re looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to serve as the servant leader and chief Scrum Master for one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within our SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) implementation. ART facilitation & execution as well as facilitate PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync, Inspect & Adapt (I&A;).

The RTE owns and manages the ART's flow, drive process improvements, and escalate/resolve impediments that are beyond team-level control. Tracks and communicates ART execution against the PI Objectives; maintains the Program Board. Helps teams manage risks and dependencies (ROAM) and coordinate cross-team/cross-ART dependencies. Coaching & Servant Leadership. Coaches Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Product Management on SAFe / Scrum roles, events, and artifacts.

Qualifications

Required

- 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
- Completion of course of study/ Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience.
- Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams.
- Identifies key drivers, defines problems, and proposes solutions.
- Advanced English level.
- 6+ years of professional experience Agile/Scrum experience, including:
- Proven experience running Scrum teams (as Scrum Master or Agile Coach) with strong command of Scrum events, artifacts, and roles.
- Serving as an RTE or STE, leading multiple PI Planning cycles end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate and teach the difference between:
- Agile Mindset — values, principles (Agile Manifesto, SAFe House of Lean, Lean-Agile Mindset), servant leadership.
- Agile Frameworks/Tools/Processes — Scrum, Kanban, SAFe ceremonies, Jira Align, Rally, Azure DevOps, etc.




- Strong working knowledge of the latest SAFe framework (SAFe 6.0 or current release), including Flow-based practices, Team & Technical Agility, and Business Agility competencies.
- Experience managing multiple teams/dependencies within an ART (typically 5–12 teams).
- Strong facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills — able to influence at both team and executive levels. Preferred Qualifications.

- SAFe RTE (SAFe 6 Release Train Engineer) certification — current or active.
