then drive adoption across teams Develop the Operations Coordinator into a multiplier who runs real workstreams Every team uses ClickUp the same way The Operations Coordinator owns real workstreams and improves follow-through across the org 5+ years in operations, business ops, systems, or process work ~ Proof on AI: walk us through 2 to 3 AI or automation systems you put into production, the adoption you drove across a team, and one that failed and why ~ Fluent in ClickUp, plus Asana, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Make, or similar ~ You've managed and grown junior operators ~ Agency, consulting, or fast-paced service business background is a plus.
