We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and customer focused Repair Center and Maintenance Specialist, based in Santa Catarina, Actual León, to become a member of our Fronius México Team.
In This
Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include Diagnosis, repair, and conversion of Fronius equipment.
Development and improvement of repair processes (timely and with quality).
Development of tools focused on customer service.
Technical support to customers regarding repair follow-up.
Identification and improvement of opportunities based on KPI results.
ERP system management.
Follow-up of service cases in CRM.
Support in basic facility maintenance activities. We're looking for someone with the following skills and experience: Electronics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering degree
1–2 years of experience in diagnosis and repair of industrial or welding equipment.
Ability to read technical manuals and electrical diagrams.
Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and inventory management.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
