We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and customer focused Repair Center and Maintenance Specialist, based in Santa Catarina, Actual León, to become a member of our Fronius México Team.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Diagnosis, repair, and conversion of Fronius equipment.

Development and improvement of repair processes (timely and with quality).

Development of tools focused on customer service.

Technical support to customers regarding repair follow-up.

Preparation of technical reports.

Warehouse management (cycle counts, replenishment improvements).

Identification and improvement of opportunities based on KPI results.

ERP system management.

Follow-up of service cases in CRM.





Support in basic facility maintenance activities.

We're looking for someone with the following skills and experience: ​

Electronics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering degree

1–2 years of experience in diagnosis and repair of industrial or welding equipment.

Ability to read technical manuals and electrical diagrams.

Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and inventory management.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
