To support our extraordinary teams that create excellent products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a _Process Engineering Technician_ located in Aguascalientes, Mexico, whose main function will be to provide technical support to the assigned areas PTH al wave solder, ensuring and complying with quality, as well as the efficiency of the lines.
What a typical day looks like:
- Provide technical support to PTH/wave lines
- Improve and develop processes focused on cost reduction
- Increase productivity and efficiency of PTH
- Ensure product quality and work on continuous improvement to keep yield within target
- Eliminate safety risks for line personnel,



in addition to taking care of product integrity by avoiding the generation of Scrap
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- High school diploma (TSU or Engineering in Electronics, Mechatronics or related field is desirable)
- Knowledge of electronics
- Intermediate level of English
- PC and Office suite management
- Knowledge of thermal profile taking and interpretation
- Knowledge of paste printer and solder alloys
- Availability of schedule
- Teamwork
