To keep up with our rapid growth, we’re looking for a stellar recruiter who can identify, attract, and onboard top-tier sales talent.
About You:
You’re a natural connector with a proven track record of recruiting high-performing sales reps and cold callers. Your communication skills are off the charts, and you bring energy and enthusiasm to every conversation. Organization is your superpower, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bonus points if you have experience in the solar industry—but what matters most is your ability to bring in the best talent.
What You’ll Do:
- Source, screen, and recruit top salespeople and cold callers to join our growing team.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality hires that meet or exceed expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably focused on sales or cold calling roles.
- **Bilingual**: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- **Communication Pro**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Exciting Personality**:



Charismatic and energetic—you make connections easily and leave a lasting impression.
- **Organized Leader**: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- recruiting: 2 years (preferred)
- recruiting BPO specifically sales roles: 1 year (preferred)
