**ABOUT THIS ROLE**
The Tech Support Technician is mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them. Attention of user’s retail and stores mainly in Canada, United States, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Chile and Argentina.
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide Tech and Customer Care Support, either face-to-face or over the telephone or ticket, to help set up systems or resolve issues;
- Monitoring of logs to pre-empt potential problems.
- Proactively maintain a desktop fleet.
- Assisting in IT related projects.
- Promptly and politely resolving issue.s
- Documenting and troubleshooting of issues in a ticketing system.




- Identify trends to assist in future problem resolution.
- Dispatching support.
- Calling IT and staff to determine the root cause of an issue.
- Fault notification, errors reporting, and escalations of faults / errors.
- Advanced English Level.
- Experience working with Microsoft Technologies.
- One year customer service work experience *Preferred.
- Remote Installations.
- TCP/IP Networking (preferred).
- Excellent timely service standard.
- Ability to meet minimum typing speed of 25 WPM while talking with customers.
- We are looking for a team player with highly effective analytical and problem solving skills.
