Resource Manager

Locations – Querétaro, Mexico City

As an experienced Resource Manager, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients.

Work you’ll do

As a Resource Manager, you will also proactively manage staff availability, including communication to all relevant stakeholders, follow-up on proposed engagement opportunities, make staffing recommendations based on skill set and availability, as well as recommend alternative staffing. You will also lead negotiations with Managers & Partners to achieve timely resolution of staffing conflicts and strive to maximize utilization and activity levels by monitoring current and forecasted utilization and address any variance The team The mission of Talent Services (TS) improves efficiencies and operational excellence, delivers strategic and transactional services, institutionalizes operational efficiencies and quality, and enhances ability to scale and reduce cost structure.

Talent

Services focus on delivery of both strategic and transactional services, either directly for the businesses, in support of the talent business advisors, or for Deloitte’s general performance management process.

ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. ADMX is in Queretaro, Mexico.

Qualifications

Required:

- Completion of course of study/Egresado in any pertinent field or industry
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.
- + 5 years of experience in a professional services environment either in a client facing management, operations, or resource management role.
- Experience in profiles IT or Talent Acquisition IT
- Prepare labor market insights on open roles, conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and ensure partnership to further understand hiring requirements.
- Establish regular and timely stakeholder engagements to ensure alignment of targets and objectives
- Excellent attention to detail and high data accuracy.
- Ability to translate business requirements/needs into suggested programs and actions.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and volume of requests.
- Track record of flexibility and learning agility
- Strategic problem-solving, analytical, and strong project management skills, including the ability to understand the financial impact of relevant decisions.




- Strong communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
