**Job Duties**:
- Diagnose and repair failures with computer / server hardware and electronic circuit board assemblies
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and capability to get the IP address from the network card, ifconfig, ipconfig, etc.
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware components such as: RAM, CPU, Network Cards (NIC), Motherboard, PSU, etc.
- Exhibit proficiency in the use of test and measurement equipment.
- Work as a team member to achieve Diagnostic departments process yield goals.




- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Relevant certifications and/or an IT related degree (Associates or Bachelors) is a huge plus
- Thorough knowledge of computer hardware components (building / troubleshooting / etc)
- Strong troubleshooting/debugging skills
- Very good communication abilities
- Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
- Work experience as a computer technician and/or computer building hobbyist
**We’re looking for someone with**:
- Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Linux commands and BMC/IPMI.
- Experience with computer hardware and repair.
- Proven debug efficiency.
