**JOB DESCRIPTION - Clinical Operations Team Lead**
**Overview**:
The Clinical Operations Team Lead will oversee a team of up to 15 members, ensuring the achievement of key operational goals such as SLA adherence, productivity, quality, and turnaround time. The role involves strategic leadership, performance oversight, resource planning, and active engagement with team members to ensure high service delivery and employee satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Daily Operations Management**: Supervise day-to-day operations ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks per client-specific guidelines.
- **Compliance Monitoring**: Ensure team compliance with healthcare regulations (CMS, HIPAA) and client-specific requirements.
- **Operational Strategy Development**: Design and execute process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- **Resource Allocation**: Manage staffing, tools, and technologies to align with workflow demands and client expectations.
- **Site Management**: Ensure the smooth functioning of all systems and tools across the virtual environment and site operations.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Use data to track performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making. Deliver performance reports and insights to senior management and clients.
- **Team Support & Development**: Provide real-time support, conduct team meetings and one-on-ones, introduce new processes, and ensure consistent protocol adherence.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
**Academic & Professional Background**:
- **Option 1**: Medical Doctor (MD) with at least **3 years of clinical experience**.
- **Option 2**: Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s or master’s degree and **5 years of clinical experience**.
**Experience**:
- At least **2 years in utilization review, CDI, clinical denials/appeals, or physician advisory services**.
- At least **2 years in a leadership role** managing remote teams in healthcare or BPO settings.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., CMS) and revenue cycle tools.
- **Certifications** (preferred): Case Management (CCM), Utilization Review (URAC), CDI, or equivalent.
**Key Competencies**:

- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.

- **Bilingual**: Fluent in written and spoken English.
- **Compliance-Oriented**: Awareness of HIPAA, HR policies, and information security standards.
**WORKING SCHEDULE**:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:36 PM
- Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM - 4:36 PM
- **Training Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:36 PM
