Role Overview
Our client is a U.S.based boutique tax advisory firm specializing in helping high-net-worth individuals and business owners legally reduce their tax liabilities.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Services Specialist to support the setup and maintenance of legal entities across various jurisdictions. This role is idóneo for someone who understands legal and compliance processes, has experience completing official documentation and forms, and can communicate effectively with vendors, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.
While previous experience with U.S. companies is preferred, it is not strictly required. We value any background in legal documentation, compliance, or administrative work involving regulatory or bureaucratic processes regardless of the country) as these skills are highly transferable.
This is a train-and-grow opportunity. You will receive structured training from our current team of specialists, who are fine-tuning a comprehensive onboarding process. Over time, you will take full ownership of these responsibilities, allowing our existing staff to transition their focus to other areas. The transfer of responsibilities will happen progressively, not all at once.
Your Responsibilities




- Support the end-to-end process of legal entity formation, including preparing and submitting documents to government and state agencies.
- Complete and manage bureaucratic forms, licenses, registrations, and renewals.
- Liaise with vendors, government bodies, tax advisors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate filings.
- Conduct research on legal and tax requirements for entity creation in various jurisdictions.
- Track and manage multiple concurrent entity formation projects, maintaining accurate status reports.
- Maintain a well-organized digital filing system and ensure data consistency across platforms.
- Proactively identify and help resolve potential blockers or delays.

- Experience in legal documentation, compliance processes, administrative paperwork, or entity setup work (experience in U.S. processes is a plus but not required).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with technology and remote work tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, CRMs, document portals).
**Nice to Haves**:
- Previous experience in legal, compliance, corporate services, or finance roles.
- Experience with international entity management.
- Background in administrative or legal research projects.
