We are currently seeking a Active Directory Engineer to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).
**Key Skills & Experience Required**
- ** 8+ years** of experience in **Active Directory engineering and administration**:
- Proven track record in implementing and managing:
- ** Group Managed Service Accounts (GMSA)**:
- ** Local Administrator Password Solution (LAPS)**
- Strong expertise in **PowerShell scripting** for automation, auditing, and administrative tasks
- Experience with **Active Directory migrations** and domain consolidations across environments
- In-depth knowledge of **Group Policy**, OU structure design, delegation models, and AD replication troubleshooting
- Familiarity with **IAM/PAM concepts**, including role-based access control and directory integrations
**Preferred / Optional Skills**
- Experience with **Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)** and **Linux system administration**
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Security-first mindset with attention to access governance
- Clear communicator and documentation-driven approach
