- Optimize the efficiency of equipment and production line processes by reducing downtime.
- Main Responsibilities
- Execute the assembly of the products according to the Drawing, Assembly Instruction and Router.
- Sign in the Router, each Operation executed and inspected.
- Responsible for Inspection and Packaging of the finished material.
- Carry out the set up of the line. Make changes of Models in the equipment / machines.
- Perform a first level (Basic) analysis to determine the root cause of the problem.
- Perform 5s in the area.
- Execute Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance.
- Identify Opportunity areas.




- Improvements in already established processes. (Kaizen and Poka Yokes).
- Install new production lines.
- Engineering Support.
- Dispose of non-conforming material.
- Education & Experience
- High School or Technical career completed is a plus.
- Experience in welding TIG cert. is a plus.
- Internal training will be assigned for each operation.
