The teams are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system and ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum experience of 1-2 years of progressive responsibility.
- Operational and technical recruiting experience working with High Volume Hiring
- Ability in proficient English language.
- Success in consulting and managing key stakeholders during the full recruitment life cycle.
- Self-directed with high-level of initiative and strong work ethic.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.




- Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best-in-class recruiting practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong clients focus with the ability to interface with and support hiring managers at all levels.
- Exceptional communications skills
