A fast-growing SaaS company is hiring a Retail Specialist to support retail customers across LATAM. This is an independent contractor role (freelance/invoicing basis). Candidates based in Guadalajara, Mexico are preferred.

You'll work closely with customers and internal teams, using your retail expertise to help clients improve inventory performance, forecasting, replenishment, and day-to-day operations while driving product adoption and long-term success.

What You'll Do

- Support a portfolio of retail customers across LATAM.
- Guide customers on inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, assortment, pricing, and promotions.
- Lead customer onboarding and ensure successful implementations.
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams.
- Track customer health, report key metrics, and maintain CRM records.

What You'll Need
- 2-5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Inventory Planning, Merchandising, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain.




- Experience working with retail software, ERP, or SaaS solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering or related field preferred).
- Native Spanish and fluent English.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills (SQL is a plus).
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Customer Success or Account Management.
- ERP implementation or retail consulting experience.
- Experience with inventory management or retail planning software.

- Travel: Occasional travel to customer sites required
