Overview

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC / IdentityNow) Engineer to support a large-scale Identity & Access Management programme. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on SailPoint ISC development, configuration, and integration. The successful candidate will join an established IAM team with the opportunity to convert to a permanent position next year.

? What you'll own

- Design, develop, configure, and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC / IdentityNow) solutions.
- Build and maintain identity lifecycle workflows, provisioning processes, and access governance capabilities.
- Integrate SailPoint ISC with enterprise applications, directories, and identity providers.
- Troubleshoot identity provisioning, authentication, and access-related issues.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver IAM solutions.
- Participate in testing, deployments, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Provide occasional weekend support when required for deployments or production activities.

? What you'll bring




- 4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC / IdentityNow) .
- Strong experience developing and configuring SailPoint ISC solutions.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications and identity sources.
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within general delivery teams.

? Nice-to-have
- Experience integrating with Azure AD, Active Directory, LDAP, Okta, or other identity platforms.
- Knowledge of SSO, MFA, OAuth, OIDC, or SAML authentication protocols.
- Experience with Java, REST APIs, PowerShell, or scripting for IAM automation.
- Previous experience supporting enterprise IAM transformation programmes.

? Important
- This environment uses SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) exclusively. Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) alone is not sufficient. Candidates must have direct, hands-on experience with ISC / IdentityNow .

? Contract details
- Immediate start through April 2027 .
- Americas-based candidates preferred.
- Guadalajara, Mexico is the preferred location, although candidates across the Americas will be considered.
- Strong possibility of converting to a permanent position next year. Candidates should therefore be open to relocating to Guadalajara if required.
