? POSITION OVERVIEW: Risk Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated Risk Analyst to join our team. This role offers a strong opportunity for professional development, mentorship from industry experts, and hands-on experience within a dynamic environment.

As a Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for the accurate processing and review of merchant applications, ensuring compliance with credit policies and card brand regulations. The position also involves handling data integrity reports, internal controls, and participating in ad hoc projects related to merchant risk and onboarding operations.

? KEY RESPONSABILITIES

- Perform daily data entry and management of merchant applications in the boarding database and across internal systems.
- Conduct thorough quality control reviews of applications submitted by sales partners, ISOs,



and internal teams.
- Execute retroactive and ad hoc MATCH inquiries to ensure compliance with risk standards.
- Prepare and deliver regular internal MIS reports (daily and weekly).
- Respond promptly to monthly data integrity reports from MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
- Collect and validate data for prospective merchants, following company policies and card brand rules.
- Contribute to ad hoc operational and compliance projects as assigned by the Risk Manager.

? REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE

- Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent task prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with Access and Visio is a plus.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in the merchant acquiring industry is a plus.
- Previous role as a bank representative is a strong asset.
- English fluency required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
