Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mexico City, Mexico, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing operational support tasks, analyzing business data, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. The role involves supporting customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient business processes.
The successful candidate will play a key role in streamlining our operational workflows to consistently deliver superior customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Operational Support and Business Process Improvement
- Excellent Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client requests
- A commitment to Customer Satisfaction through timely and efficient service delivery
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in logistics or supply chain operations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
