- **Answer client calls in English, Spanish and Portuguese**:
- Share legal case updates clearly and empathetically
- Keep client records accurate and organized
- Track legal documents and monitor case status
**What You’ll Need**:
- Fluent English, Portuguese & Spanish (spoken and written)
- 1+ year in bilingual customer service (phone preferred)
- Responsible, organized, friendly, detail-oriented




- Live in Guadalajara and available for on-site work
