**Responsibilities**
- Establish and implement architectural strategies and technical roadmaps for projects
- Work closely with stakeholders to transform business requirements into technical solutions
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performing architectures
- Provide expert-level technical support and mentorship to engineering teams
- Conduct detailed code reviews to ensure compliance with quality and best practices
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and proactively manage project risks
- Continuously monitor and improve system performance for stability and efficiency
- Facilitate teamwork across departments to align on technical objectives
- Research, evaluate, and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks
- Define and enforce development standards, workflows, and processes
- Stay informed about the latest technologies and trends to foster innovation
- Encourage a culture of growth, learning, and collaboration across teams
**Requirements**:
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in software engineering
- A minimum of 3 years in leadership roles such as Architect, Manager, or similar positions
- Proven track record of managing teams with 20 or more members
- Experience participating in at least 5 full project lifecycles or launching products and key features to the market




- Expert-level proficiency in Python programming
- Strong understanding of database systems and data management strategies
- Extensive experience with Git for version control and team collaboration
- Deep knowledge of designing and implementing microservice architectures
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex technical projects
- Solid experience using Docker for containerization and deployment
- Proven ability to design and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated processes
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and their role in software systems
- Expertise in modern software development methodologies and best practices
- Advanced English proficiency for clear and effective communication with global teams and stakeholders
