As a lab technician, you will be in charge of monitoring the Ecoat process, performing analysis and adjustments to keep parameters in range, preparing samples, validating oven runs and managing warehouse inventory.
You will be located at the Querétaro plant, and will report directly to our Laboratory Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will do the analysis and titrations of the process.
- You will attend the E-Coat production lines.
- You will do sampling.
- You will evaluate process conditions.
- You will make adjustments to raise levels.
- You will make adjustments to maintain the range at each stage.
- You will prepare samples to send for evaluation.
- You will evaluate furnace temperatures.
- You will take inventories in the warehouse.
- You will receive material.
- You will validate the material, check it in, and place it in the warehouse.
- You will ensure that machines and indicators are within established ran.
**Qualifications**
- Education required: Higher technical or engineering degree in chemistry or related fields.
- Experience required: Minimum 2 years of experience in related positions (coating process technician, finishing, pre-treatment, E-Coat specialist).
- Preferably experience in E-Coat systems or lines for pretreatment or surface finishing.
- Essential knowledge in chemistry, quality and surface finishing.
- Desirable knowledge in CPK, Control Plan, AMED, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Safety Principles.
