We are seeking a proactive **Product Owner / Chief Consultant** with proficiency in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to align technology solutions with organizational objectives.
This role emphasizes translating business needs into actionable product features and fostering effective collaboration between stakeholders and development teams.
**Responsibilities**
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable product features
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria based on identified business needs
- Prioritize and maintain a detailed product backlog that aligns with project goals
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams
- Plan the product roadmap and ensure transparency throughout development cycles
- Promote Agile principles and lead sprint planning sessions
- Manage backlog tools like Jira or Azure DevOps to optimize team workflows
- Align technology deployments with broader organizational strategies
- Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Prioritize critical tasks to support key business outcomes
**Requirements**:
- Over 7 years of experience in business analysis or product ownership
- Expertise in Agile frameworks, including Scrum or Kanban
- Proficiency in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog management
- Background in translating complex business processes into feasible solutions
- Capability to collaborate effectively using modern communication tools
